M.D. graduated from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba and holds an Ophthalmology Specialty degree from Universidad de Buenos Aires and the Ministry of Health.

He attended a vitreous-retinal surgery fellowship in the Jules Stein Institute of the University of California.

He has presented diverse scientific research papers throughout his professional career.

He is currently sub-head of the retina team and a member of the Clinical Research and Teaching and Research teams at Charles Centro Oftalmológico.
